On the road to Providence, skies were grey and the bleak landscape included ice floating on water. Terminal 5 at #JFK was an interminable wait. Even though it was sunny, storms in #Buffalo and crazy winds in the north meant delays. I landed at 11 pm, and finally left JFK at 12 pm, the next day. 13 hours at the airport, 3 of those on the tarmac, another 3 in the immigration line, then 7 in Terminal 5. The joys of travelling. I'm currently in Rochester, NY, an hour away from Buffalo. But where Buffalo is buried in snow, Rochester is slightly damp.
